I. Earthquake!
An earthquake has struck the city! The kennels that the dogs had been abandoned in is now a pile of rubble. The dogs in the city pound are digging each other out of the wreckage, assessing their injuries, and discussing how to proceed forward while others are still dealing with the shellshock.
